"And I will make every effort so that after my departure you may be able at any time to recall these things."

2 Peter 1:15

Composer Amy Doerfler (DURF-ler) has been setting Bible verses to music since shortly after becoming a Christian at 6 years old. She is married to Matt and they have three sons. For over 15 years, she has been leading worship at their local Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. From childhood, Amy has studied piano, music theory, and composition, merging those endeavors with a deep reverence for and love of God's inerrant and timeless Word. Her life passion is to set large sections of scripture to music, with no repeats or alterations of the text, in order to help disciple and equip her family

(Ps. 119:11) and especially to compel her own sinful heart to be trained to meditate on scripture "day and night" (Psalm 1:2). She makes these resources available with the prayer that other families may be similarly encouraged.

Take a seat on the piano bench and sing along.
